McCall thinks he dedicated himself into start a new life has put his past behind him. However, when he meets with a young girl under the hands of gangsters, Teri , he can not stand by. Equipped with skills that allow him to function vengeance McCall discovers his desire to have justice re-awakened and comes out of his self-imposed retirement.
