Overview
While walking home one evening, Sam Dalmas, an American writer living in Rome, witnesses a brutal struggle between a young woman and also a figure within a art gallery. Dalmas attempts to intervene but can be captured between the gallery glass doors, leaving the woman suffering. Questioned by the police, the shocked author attempts to remember every detail concerning the incident. Convinced that there's an element of the offense he can't remember, Dalmas begins his own evaluation - putting himself along with his girl friend Giulia in line as the killer potential sufferers...
