Overview
In Chen Village that is legendary, everyone is really actually a martial arts master, even with their own powerful Chen Style Tai Chi at most parts of their lives. Lu Chan has came to teach, but also do their best to discourage him by challenging him, and the villagers are forbidden to instruct Chen Style into outsiders. Everybody, from men to kids, disturbs their Tai Chi moves being used by him. But if a person out of the village's past yields with a terrifying steampowered machine and plans to make a railroad through the village in some given costs, the villagers realize they may have no choice but to place their faith into Lu Chan... with a secret power of his or her own.
