Overview
Jackie Moon is the Proprietor promoter, Trainer, and Celebrity player of This Flint Michigan Tropics of the American Basketball Association (ABA). In 1976 ahead of the ABA collapses, the National Basketball Association (NBA) plans to merge together with all the best teams of this ABA at the end of the season. The best four teams will make the move and the hardest teams will fold. The Tropics are the worst team in the league and if they want to make it into the NBA, then Jackie Moon must rally his team and start winning. The only problem may be the fact Jackie Moon is not truly the coach and star basketball player he believes he is. To continue to keep his team and leave his own mark at the town, his team to acquire fourth place must be inspired by Jackie Moon.
