Overview
Armed insurgents attempt a coup d'etat at a distressed Eastern European country, and the president flees to the U.S. embassy for security. When the U.S. ambassador is killed by the callous and gun-happy rebels, it boils down to the second-in-command of the embassy, Sam Keenan, played by Belgian kick-boxer JeanClaude Van Damme, to make use of his fantastic martial arts way to shield the besieged.
