Overview
As a comedy-drama, the film tells the story of a young woman named Laura, who moves to Copenhagen to become an author and live the bohemian life she has always wanted. It's only when she reluctantly returns home to be in her brother's bridal party that she learns he's engaged to be married to Catrine, an old rival from their days as children. Catrine has taken up Laura's position in the family, and what if Laura wants it back? When we attempt, no matter how hard, to escape our past and roots, we will always be unable to do so.
