Overview
Wisecracking Makino arrives in Taipei from Japan and is introduced to Shima, a yakuza who has been leading a quiet life there. It has been stated by Makino that he is aware of the incident that motivated Shima to travel to Taiwan. After Shima discovers that Makino's life is under danger, he and Makino travel to the city of Hualien, which is located in eastern Taiwan.
