Mute Witness (1995)
Overview
Billy is mute, but it's not kept her from becoming a profitable makeup artist. Andy, Billy finds herself trapped in the studio one night, while in Russia, focusing on a film directed by her sister's boyfriend and can be horrified to see a film. Billy escapes and, with the aid of her sister, Kate, alarms about exactly what she watched government. In doing this, she makes an enemy of the Russian mafia, that defeated the snuff film.
