Ace female test pilot Kusomoto Elle humiliates Lt. Kilgore in the first MADOX demonstration. Kilgore takes retribution when the army foolishly loses the prototype in Tokyo. Engineering student Sujimoto Kouji finds the MADOX and zooms about Tokyo without reading the manual. Who stops the mobile missing MADOX? Poor Kouji. He loses his lover if he's late for his date. His outfit redefines "overdressed." Kilgore even wants to make him "the late Kouji!"
