Overview
An unlikely friendship strikes up with Emily, a quiet girl who lost her mommy. Together with every drama date chaperoned by the father of Emily, Becca helps Emily come out of her shell and cope with her loss, and Emily instructs Becca to carry on adult responsibilities. After a romance develops between Nate and Becca the two must learn to balance their brand new association with Nate's responsibility to Emily, with the responsibility of Becca.
