Towards the end of the Ming Dynasty, the Bruneian Empire gifts the nation a rare species. Ocean, an Imperial Secret Police officer, must tame the beast. Though the fuzzy beast appears dangerous, Ocean realizes it is naturally compassionate. Ocean elopes with Frigid, the daughter of a man hanged on false accusations, and surreptitiously releases the beast into the wild.
