Overview
George and Phinneas live in a duplex in Los Angeles. Mr. Romanovsky, their Russian landlord, lives upstairs. Kim and Olivia, George's girlfriends, arrive with a Ouija board. That night, Phinneas begins to act strangely. George suspects his friend of being possessed by an evil force as he studies his friend's behavior.
