Overview
Cully (Tom Sizemore), a two-bit hustler and the motorist for a Baja medication cartel, discovers himself counting on skilled-but-reluctant bounty hunter, Turk (Paul Sidhu), to avoid of the grips of a pitiless assassin (Kevin Gage), as well as savage troublemakers led by a competing gang leader (Noel Gugliemi) after Cully has stolen a cash vehicle packed with cash suggested for his boss (Raymond J. Barry). The duo crosses courses with Crystal (Bai Ling), a sultry dancer with too many tricks and a better stake in all of this than they first recognize. If Cully can convince Turk to go along with his insane schemes, he could make it back to his estranged partner (Vanessa Angel) as well as little girl alive.
