Overview
After the conclusion of the Civil War, Dan and Neil Hammond make their way back to Texas. In his quest to build an empire, Dan resorts to cattle rustling and later questionable land dealings. In spite of the fact that Neil, who is now the Marshal, saves him from being executed by a lynch mob when he is being held for a murder, there is finally a falling out between the brothers as good triumphs over evil.
