By researching the often surprising and poignant stories behind this photojournalist photos HONDROS follows your life and livelihood of war photographer Chris Hondros. Inspired by a commitment to bear witness to the wars of the time after the events of 9/11, Chris was one of the earliest in a new generation of warfare musicians since Vietnam. While trying to keep a normal daily life HONDROS explores the complexities inherent in covering over 10 years of conflict. It also assesses the unknowable calculus involved with making life and death decisions -- before, during and after his photos were all made. Chris was murdered in Libya in 2011, however he left a lasting impact.
