Overview
Henry and Maggie attend the party of a regional publisher, at which his son and step son re enact a 18th-century double check. Some one has loaded the antique pistol with a musket ball that was real, then when boy pulls on the cause, he destroys his stepbrother in front of a roomful of witnesses. Maggie and henry need to work out who wanted that the step son dead and why.
