Overview

A bunch of criminals led by the Nam, armed with firearms that are high profile, pulls off another smooth and barbarous car heist in broad daylight in a busy street. Whoever attempts to get inside their way, they are going to show no winner. This places the police to embarrassment and shame. A senior police inspector Lui, hot on the trails of also his team along with Nam, determines to put a stop to the insanity which results in the lives of innocent individuals. But he soon comes face to face with the reality that the police approaches are too futile to send these thieves. Offense demands oversight, even if this means ruining his moral line. Tou, an ex con desperate to leave his past behindvolunteers to be Lui's snitch in trade for a fresh start with her girlfriend Bing. But little does he know what hellish situation.
