Overview
Even the taciturn authorities commander Zhang takes up arms against his enemy,'' Timmy Choi as well as in their own battle against the drug barons that are ubiquitous, directs an undercover medication team. When he gets possession of Choi, he makes a bargain with him: in exchange for his lifetime (in China you will get the death penalty for producing just 50 grams of drugs) the young criminal will help the authorities infiltrate a sizeable medication network.
