Overview
Rick Pang (Leslie Cheung) is an IPSC winner who's also a gun specialist who manipulates his pistols to perfect his technique known as'double tap', placing two shots in the same exact spot. In the 1996 IPSC hongkong shooting contest, he moves against an additional veteran shooter called Miu (Alex Fong). The competition was marred by a stock trader, a companion of Miu, that lost in the stock market and threatened the security of the competition, wounding the IPSC manager , none of the friends of Miu. Rick was made to kill him. Rick's experience in the encounter was exciting to him for killing many others in cold blood and also he finds his lust flow.
