Overview
CIA Agent Bill Pope is really on a mission in London to monitor a hacker named'The Dutchman'. When he has ambushed and murdered, an experimental procedure can be utilized to transfer his own memories into a dangerous ex-convict. When he wakes up Pope's memories, his first job is to come across The Dutchman and expel him until the hacker launches ICBMs and starts World War III.
