Overview
Karen is a rough, corn fed, out spoken, plantation manager who cares about the people she works for and also the migrant people working on her behalf. When she is approached by one of her farmhands she becomes even closer for her employees than she'd thought possible. However, the bubble Karen resides in bursts , when Annabelle, her fan, disappears and that she begins with an investigation only to uncover something dark at the small town she climbed in.
