As Christmas approaches, a New York event planner, Elizabeth Bennett, can be sent to a quaint, small town to arrange their holiday festival. When she arrives, she discovers a billionaire lacking in holiday spirit, William Darcy, of attempting to sell the charming estate she expected to make use of as a venue, in the process. Depending on create her event a success, Elizabeth frees the unwilling Darcy to let her hold the festival on the estate known for its holiday cheer. The unlikely pair begins falling for eachother, If they wind up working together to prepare the festivities. But when complications arise and the festival is closed down, the next few parts manners and Darcy moves forward with his plans to offer the estate. At the night before Christmas, rescue the property, a wistful Elizabeth hopes to renew the festival, and rekindle her holiday romance.
