Overview
Candy Cane Lane has been Phoebe's favorite Christmas ritual since she was a child. When the neighbors decide not to decorate for Christmas this year, Phoebe's spirits are crushed even further. While Phoebe is on the hunt for a new holiday tradition to brighten her mood, she comes to the realization that it is not the traditions themselves that we cherish, but the people with whom we share them. As Phoebe prepares for her new Christmas ritual, she discovers the one thing she had been looking for all along: love!
