Overview
Set just before the Collapse of the Berlin Wall in 1989,'' Sgt. Ray Elwood is a American soldier stationed in a Military Camp That Is German. A soldier because he was given a choice between jail and the army by a judge, Ray spends much of his free time monitoring alcoholic for the MPs. A toxicology screen shows an alarming amount of narcotics and when a soldier dies, some one is sent directly to investigate.
