Overview
After a chance encounter on the Venice Boardwalk, two young girls form an unexpected and enduring relationship, despite the fact that they live worlds apart in terms of culture and upbringing. A young singer from Los Angeles named CC is attempting to make it big. Despite being the daughter of a well-known civil rights attorney, Hillary finds it difficult to chart her own course. While they go through ups and downs in their friendship, it has remained constant for decades.
